Hacknight 2009 TODOs

These TODOs for Hacknight will be handed out during the Saturday at 16.00 get-to-work meeting.

• Clear the Forskningsavdelningen tables, and move those items into the "studio space" in the library
• We need kitchen help during the night, make a solution for displaying that
  • washing up of pots and pans is not personal, and can be done by anyone
  • food will be served at 23.00, and it'll be a communal thing, no talks/demos during eating time
• Place radio receivers on each table
• put toilet paper in the lavatories
• those that want to sell stuff (comics, electronics) should set up in the bar area
• paper-crafting printouts placed in the "Datachill" area
  • embassy pyramids
  • cube figures, Tux and such, see mailing list for name
  • Pepakura examples?
  • origami
  • glue, tape, scissors
• LAZER Z0NE 2K setup
  • projector placed high, onto ladder
  • any lights onto ladder
• move phones equipment from Forsk room to its tables in the café area (where the ping pong tables are)
• move metalworking equipment same place
• de-theme the big room, and put that stuff in the room downstairs where there is a Xerox machine (lots of stuff in that area already)
• put up wall wiki of programme items in the entrance hall, using cardboard cards, magic marker, and tape
